Just like everyone else

Just like everyone else, I didn't get my report for the sum charged, when payment went through it said payment had been denied and then the sum was taken and no report provided. Then randomly they tried to take £39 but thankfully HSBC blocked the payment and flagged it as a fraud warning - they have stopped any future payments being removed.
I called Customer service and cancelled the subscription they tried to take from me and are going to investigate why I did not get a report.

This is a complete scam

This is a complete scam. I made a enquiry which cost me 50p but I got a negative result.
A few days later my credit card company put a stop on my card and when I queried it they said it was because of a suspicious transaction of 50p followed by £39 a couple of days later.
The £39 was not paid and my card was reinstated but a couple of days later the £39 reappeared as a pending transaction and that is where I stand now.
I've complained to the credit card company and to this group of scammers, data-app.net have said that they are not going to cancel the payment but will cancel my subscription.
Whether the credit card company will pay them the £39 remains to be seen.
There's always someone out there waiting to take advantage of the unwary.

I’d never heard of this business and don’t know where they got my bank details from. Then my credit card Was debited, first by 50p and soon after by £39.20
I called them and they are refusing to refund me the money stolen.

Took my mobey for providing nothing, I tried to cancel, it said my email was not linked, contacted them through their website and heard nothing back then the following month money was taken again! Legal scam but still a scam

Like most people who have sent a review, I got conned by the "too good to be true" 50p offer. Thought I was savvy but not so sure now!
I tried to cancel the subscription on their website but it did not recognise my email address as an account.
The phone number on the website is incorrect (not enough digits) and I have also emailed them on their contact email address but to no avail.
Having looked through the responses from the company to other reviewers I have tried the phone number 020 45255459 but this just records a messages. Don't know if anyone else had any satisfaction.

Crooks, a scam ! They took £39 .50 and guess what ! No results! Contacted them via email, customer services . Then today they have taken another £39!
