I didn't see this site rating until after my purchase
As a regular customer, in fact this is my second purchase, there is nothing wrong with the batteries at all, I gave feedback to DAS Batteries about their poor ratings and these guys expressed their helplessness, they have over 1500 orders a month and can't avoid problems that are not taken care of, they are also contacting every after-sales customer to hopefully solve these problems!
Finally, I guess people who buy good batteries don't write down reviews

don't buy anything from them. I bought 10 Milwaukee batteries of different sizes and one after the other has broken and won't charge anymore. I asked to return the batteries and demanded the money back, but no. now they haven't answered emails at all for weeks

Absolutely rubbish batteries, do not waste your money on this crap. Look good but no power in them, will only last 2months max.

Bought a battery for my dyson Hoover it lasted a few weeks so I thought I should have bought the bigger more expensive one , so I paid €100 for the bigger one it worked fine for the first charge then started to fail on the second charge it lasted a few weeks , what a joke don’t waste your money folks the batteries are rubbish

I have placed an order for the second time now. First order I was happy, fast delivery and all products as promised. Second time same result. I was on vacation so my package was on its way back to Germany, after 1 email with dasbatteries they told me they would send it another time. No extra fee necessary. Great service, fair products.

I bought 10 x 18v 5ah dewalt li ion batteries so far. 2 died thus far. They functioned for 2 years. Used daily in a professional but tough manner.

Bought 2 7amp batteries. Shocking to say the least. Full charge lasted half as long as a 3 year old 3 amp makita battery. Again , do not buy.

Absolut trash, do not order.

This was one of the worst experiences ever. After long trying to reach them, I managed to make a refund, because the batteries that I ordered were complete garbage. Not charging to full and they were delivering different power to my tools. This means different energy output which can result to damage into the fine-tuning makita investes a lot to make it as goog as possible.

After a long time, I received the adress where I had to send the batteries in order to receive my refund. I sent them at my cost, it took a reidiculous amount of time, because they didn't send me a DHL code like any respectable company, but an adress and a ref code.

Anyhow, after sending the batteries back, I paid 6.something euros and I received my refund of 95 euro for an 98.99 euro order.

They are a garbage company with garbage products. I bought myself the original batteries and one of those originals lasts longer than all 4 fakes.

Like germans say, buy cheap, buy twice.

I lost only 10-11 euros with this experience, but never again will I deal with fake shady sellers of falsely advertised products.

In all honesty didnt have a problem with any of the products for dewalt 8 batteries bought 6×5ah and 2×6ah all work and still work obviously with generic batteries they dont last as long as the genuine thing but for the price i paided for all the above id have payed a small fortune to dewalt.
Delivery was good can in large wrapped package with each battery in an individual box an as any 1 from ireland knows buying batteries abroad they wont deliver to mainland ireland so price and longevity im happy out.

Bought 7 batteries from them. Absolutely terrible. No power from them and full charge lasts a few minutes. Rubbish and should not be allowed sell such crap

Almost endless process of a complaint.
A positive evaluation is also expected before the batteries under complaint are delivered. We will not buy there again.

Bought 2 batteries, worked great for 2 weeks, and only one works now!! Won’t be buying them again!

18v battery for Bosch stopped working after 8 months.

Bought two Milwaukee M12 3.5amp batteries. They worked fine for about 8 months of very light use but then failed, was seeing green and red flashing when plugged into the charger. No help from customer support, they said they had never seen that happen before and offered an 8% discount code (note there is currently a 5% code when you go on their website).

Yes the genuine batteries are a more expensive initial outlay but at least they won’t fall after couple of charge cycles. NOT RECOMMEND, DO NOT BUY THIS TRASH.

Garbage. I bought 4x 6ah for my Makita tools. Will barely power my tools for a few minutes.

Batteries are not serviceable, charging time 18-30 min and operating time 8-10 min, Makita 18V 6 Ah.

I bought 3 batteries and all of them were broken only after a couple of charges. I contacted the support and they wanted to send me replacement as soon as they got the new version of the battery but that never happened. I contacted them again and now they only sent me a coupon code. Yeah…

Battery does not take charge after about 15 loading cycles. Customer service is telling normal wear is not under warranty and now ignores me.
