Very quick delivery and the company kept in contact. Happy with the plants too. Seem healthy and none have died yet.

Plants arrived quickly and ordering was easy but they were a little battered and I can only assume it was the how they were handled by Royal Mail, I potted them as soon as I received them so sure they will be fine

Slightly sorry looking plants when they arrived, but I suspect that they will all survive.

Plants arrived damaged in transit most of the compost had been shaken off the roots,

The plugs were in correct packaging (plastic plug tray) but were put in a much bigger box with no packing to stop them ratting around inside the box. As a result the plugs x10 arrived very badly damaged,

Email Martin and explained however his reply was pot them up and see how they go for 2 months which would take me outside the 30 return policy.

Completely avoided making me aware of 30 day refund policy etc

No apology.

Efficient delivery, quality plants.

The plants arrived quickly and were well packed. They looked healthy apart from the fact that each one had one or more leaves bearing a brown blotch.
I've removed these, as I suspect it might be a fungus, and have now planted.
I think that each little plant looks vigorous,
albeit smaller than when it arrived, due to
removing the infected leaves, so I just hope that I won't see any more fungal
looking spots as more leaves appear in
the spring.

5 x Tricyrtis 'Pink Freckles' were large & strongly rooted and good value. The 9 x Campanula 'Golden Star' looked a bit small & scruffy but I was still able to plant them out after a couple of days and they are all progressing.

I really like my Musa 'Basjoo' x 5 Pack - 5/5cm JUMBO Plug Plants. They arrived quickly & are in great condition. 10/10

I ordered rosemary plug plants. These arrived as advised. However the plants were of poor quality and NO plug plants but a leggy rosemary stem. When contacting the seller I got some incorrect advise and mere lip service
