Great service, delivered in excellent packaging as well. The new 'basket head' attachment slid so easily and locked into the original extension pole the latter which is over 15 years old and shows it pays to get the best for the longer lasting and has renewable replacement parts.

The DP577 SpiralFlow Hosepipe is prone to springing leaks caused by holes or splits in the plastic. I bought a second one which lasted a week before becoming unusable. I wrote to Darlac but no rely. I posted a negative review for the product but they disallowed it.

Hi there. I'm happy with your sprinkler and have used them previously. A problem though - I'm using stream water (less than 2 foot head) continuously and, after a few months, organic matter coats the inner workings and slows the spinning (eventually stopping). Can you recommend something to clean it? (not WD40 - that doesn't work in this situation).

Great telescopic shears, and SO light and easy to use.

I usually buy my pruners at flower shows but having lost a pair in the border I sent straight to Darlac.

I bought replacement snippers. Darlac were very prompt in sending and a good price. Probably as good as show 'specials'.

The little handbook of how to sharpen snippers etc is extremely useful. Please give these out with every pair.

Of course I would buy Darlac again.
