If I could give zero stars I would

If I could give zero stars I would. Beware
They arranged appointments and never attended.
Then when they attended they put up 3 sets of blinds that I Never ordered. I am very unhappy. I paid for something and never got the blinds I ordered. The owner is ignoring my emails and calls. If you want to be happy and get the product you ordered. Don’t order from this company!!! I am left with blinds that I am not happy with. Being reminded everyday when I wake up as the blinds they put up brings too much light in the morning.

Should be Zero stars for them!

If I could give zero stars I would. Not experienced anything with them apart from having my time wasted. Had a measurement service booked for today between 11am to 1pm. Got reminders about this all weekend, pity they don’t remind their staff. Get a call from someone at 11:29am to say he will be at the address in half an hour. An hour later I call to see where he is he doesn’t answer. I message the person that booked the appointment on WhatsApp and they say he’s on the way. He calls me back and tells me I didn’t answer his call well in fact I did and he told me half an hour at that time. He then says he’ll be with me shortly by that time I’ve decided I do not want to pursue with them due to this time wasting issue. I then get a message on WhatsApp saying they’ll rearrange and then at 12:45pm telling me my appointment window was actually between 11am to 1pm. Well, sorry but you’ve voided that window yourself when you’ve told me you’ll be there in half an hour.
Running late is acceptable but telling me you’ll be here in half an hour and then forgetting you said that and making excuses about me not answering the phone is just pathetic. Anyway, a suggestion to others who value their time avoid this business as they’re unprofessional, disorganised and incompetent.

Hamed and his colleague installed shutters for us and done a great job. Clean and tidy respected our home Highly recommend Darkly Blinds.

The fitter was polite

The fitter was polite. Friendly and professional. He wanted to make sure we were happy with the service and the end result. The blinds themselves are lovely and add a new dimension to the house.

We had a wonderful experience with…

We had a wonderful experience with Hammad! He was very nice and was able to execute what we wanted. He kept us updated through the whole process and gave us wonderful results. The blinds we wanted were done very nicely, very nice, up to standard and we are very excited on the final outcome!
Would highly recommend Darkly Blinds in the future

Had blinds recently fitted took a little longer than expected,I do blame the sales chap (Adam)however Nimo drove up and fitted them.The blinds are very good quality and Nimo was a pleasure to deal with.Thanks Nimo

Superb!

Superb! Got to admit we weren’t sure about this Company as not heard of them before. Hubby just called into store and arranged for someone to come to measure up. Gentleman came measured up but we didn’t get back to them for some weeks. Once we were ready for the blinds we called them and they came out no problem and measured up again. Brought a ray of samples to choose from. Blinds were made and fitted in a week. Can’t believe the gentleman fitted them within 10 minutes. They look fab.
Thank you to Morteza and his team. We will be calling you again when ready for kitchen blinds.
