I initially had a rough experience with this hosting company. After they failed to respond to my queries, I requested a cancellation. This got the owner's attention, and we worked out a deal. I was willing to give them another shot, but they ended up canceling my service anyway. The owner later reached out, offering me a credit, so I thought, "Why not?"

However, things didn't improve. I couldn't even start a simple vanilla Purpur server, and despite someone supposedly looking into the issue, hours passed without any updates. It's disappointing because the owner seems genuinely invested in the company's success, but the staff doesn't appear to share that commitment. One staff member was even rude, which adds to the frustration. Sad, really, as the potential is there, but the execution falls flat.

I stopped using their services recently but in reflection they provided some really good support when we needed it. I was previously facing issues with multiple hosting providers, after going through about 2-3 hosting providers I decided to give Darkless a shot, and I'm blown away by the prices, reliability and the quick support. I have addressed my concern and immediately initiated cancellation request right after purchase, their discord chat creates ticket automatically if u cancel or open ticket, and I was chatting with some sort of random staff, she called me jerk clarifying I have not sent cancellation request, while we are chatting on their discord ticket section that is created for my cancellation. I asked her "then how did this ticket created on discord If I did not request cancellation?" they kicked me out of discord. Stay away from these scammers.

Reply to darkless: just wow, so whatever I said here did not happen? How much of a bad customer service provider can u be claiming I am lying here, I have nothing to say except you are untrustworthy company, and my review is just and truthful without any intention, I will not accept any contact request who calls their polite customers jerk blatantly! Nobody deserves that, period.
