They stole my money (Updated)
They sent me the wrong size on a skirt I ordered. I contacted customer service and they sent me a return label and said they would send the right size once the wrong size was in transit. I dropped off the wrong size at the post office and sent them the transit info. I haven't heard from them since, despite sending them multiple follow up messages.
Edited to update that they did eventually respond and I did eventually get my replacement skirt in the right size. The customer service rep said they had been out sick and that's why they didn't respond in a timely manner, so keep in mind that there's apparently only one person working customer service there.
