Defective product and terrible customer support
I purchased an Upright Go 2, but the device arrived defective and does not charge at all, making it completely unusable.
I contacted Upright support multiple times starting from April 14 and sent more than 20 emails trying to solve the issue. Unfortunately, I never received a concrete solution, replacement, or refund.
I initially tried to resolve the issue directly with the seller in good faith, but after weeks without any proper support, I had to open a PayPal claim.
Very disappointing experience. I would not recommend buying from this company.

Update: after about a month and a half, around 30 emails sent, and several very firm follow-ups, I finally received confirmation today that a replacement device has been shipped.
I’m updating my review to 2 stars because, in the end, a solution has been provided. That said, the support experience was extremely poor: very long delays, slow or missing replies, and the constant feeling that I had to chase the company repeatedly just to get a basic warranty issue resolved.
I appreciate that the replacement has finally been dispatched, but getting to this point was unnecessarily difficult.
Scammers. A simple product return turned into a horror show of emails back and forth. It is clear now they will never give anyone a refund. This business should be closed by authorities.
Terrible customer service. I ordered an upright back support device which doesn't work. I have sent over 20 emails asking for a refund with only automated responses telling me they will get back to me. It has been over 3 weeks.
DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY
Crooks! sale UPRIGHT with no suport, no e-mail functioning, lucky I paid with PayPal & PayPal reimbursed me because they didn't reply to PayPal either.
The Dario Coach isn't responsive. I left phone messages for two "coaches" and no one called me back. I sent a message to the Dario Coach to get more supplies. After a month of no response, I asked again. I finally got a message back. I was told the order was put in and waited but it never came. When I let the Coach know, the response was better and they said they would take care of it. Apparently the Coach and the company aren't communicating with each other as I ended up with 2 shipments of the items I asked for. This is unacceptable!
The app now has a window popping up for updated terms but it won't go down low enough for me to agree so I can't use the app. This window makes it so I can access the information on my phone which means the glucometer is useless and I've not been able to use it in weeks. I'm now waiting for a response on what to do but I'm not holding my breath as they don't respond in an appropriate amount of time if at all. I could reinstall the app but I'm concerned it would erase all the readings I have and I have to start over with the entries at 0.
I will also be putting in a complaint with my insurance company. I most likely will be returning everything as this is incredibly unprofessional and why stay with them if they aren't responsive?!

After 9 more attempts to get my refund, I contacted my credit card company and requested a charge back.
