Purchased a level 2 holster for duty use. Holster fit to weapon was fine, holster fit to body/belt was horrible and there was a ton of movement. Movement for a duty holster is not a good thing.
I contacted customer service and tried to get a return or store credit and there were of no help.
I would caution purchase from this company as if you are unsatisfied with your purchase they absolutely do not care. Best to purchase from another holster company.
Deep dive into DARA holsters and it appears as if my experience is not an isolated instance.
I have found numerous customers that have had the same experience as me.
*Do your research** DO NOT PURCHASE FROM DARA HOLSTERS!!!!!!

Responding to DARA holsters. Yes your customer service person offered to send me a competition bracket for a duty holster, I countered and asked if I sent the holster back could you modify it so I could use it for USPSA to which she responded no.
So in reality you are not willing to assist in making it right. At this point I will list it somewhere for pennies on the dollar as I have zero confidence in your product.

This is my third product I have bought. Excellent quality and the price is very good.
I definitely recommend DARA HOLSTERS.

They do not make products for left handed people and have a no return policy. Not helpful at all. Could’ve told me over the phone there was a no return policy but instead waited till we got off the phone and then sent an email.

They have the best customer service. I love these guys that make a great product as well. You can’t go wrong with anything Dara.

Customer service is terrible. There are no returns. There are better holsters for less money.

I ordered the Dara Concealment System full kit for a Sig P365 X-macro. I've had other holsters for it and love carrying it IWB for EDC. This system is absolutely terrible. Awful imprints, uncomfortable, and impossible to conceal. I contacted them within 30 days of delivery and they refused my return, saying that it was a custom order. It was not custom in any way. Not only is the product awful, but so is the customer service. I will never buy from them again.

GREAT customer service! Dara Holsters worked with me on an order for a rare product I couldn’t find anywhere else. They responding quickly to my plethora of via email and even responded on a holiday! I haven’t received the product yet but I am already confident that it will be a hit. Dara even upgraded my order at no charge 🙀 which was unexpected. I’ll check back in (God willing) after I have a chance to test things out.

Just received my Dara holster for my Walther PDP Pro SD 5.1. I am stoked. I don't think I could've had a better experience. Awesome product.

Honest review. Disappointed. I have been ordering IWB/AIWB holsters from Dara since 2016. My previous Dara holsters were absolutely amazing! I still use all of themI Great quality and craftsmanship! This current holster is very thin and cheap feeling. Reminds me of a Alien Gear holster.

Love the quality the fit it is a good looking light bearing holster for a big pistol the FN FNX-45 Tactical love the way it was checked off every step of the way through the different stages of production. I will be buying again!!!

I received my DBL2 Today. The installation was straight to the point. It is very strongly built. I carry X5 LEGION on duty. I will post a few reviews update in a few days.

I was unfamiliar with the company but liked what I saw on the web. I ordered a holster for my 1911 and I'm very pleased. I have a Safariland retention holster that's good but the Dara is just totally better. The fit is better and the retention system is much smoother.
I'll be using Dara as my primary holster supplier in the future

On line ordering was easy and smooth.
Purchased to install in my Honda Accord Touring.
I had to improvise the install because I want to install under my dash but my leg's are long,I'm 6'3".
I ordered from Amazon a Ram backing plate.
RAM Mounts Backing Plate Adapter RAM-202-225B-2U
And a flat ChargerCity 25mm/1" inch Ball socklet to AMPs Connection Adapter.
To give me a flush mount.
Perfect and solid.

Excellent product and customer service is awesome! I ordered their IWB for my Glock 20 and after several months of ownership I realized I preferred a higher ride. So I called the company to see how to adjust it was told it has to be ordered that way. Thinking I was out of luck they sent me a free replacement in less than a week I was very impressed

The company does a good job with communication. That means nothing to me tho because they have a duty holster that is the worth thing I’ve ever put on my belt. The ergonomics of the hood release is just a lazy desigg and borderline hazardous. I spent multiple days trying to reconfigure the duty holster to better fit but have had so success because there is no space between my hip and the thumb button. I’m 5’10” and 150 lbs i should be skinny enough to have space but I ended up with a skinless knuckle. And away from the holster their return policy is nonsense and I should’ve know they were no good. Give out lifetime warranty but no returns on “CUSTOM” orders. After I contacted them they made it pretty clear they know it’s a poor holster and trying to back it up with thinking their customer can’t configure themselves shows ignorance and a lack to true passion to improving their own business.

DO NOT BUY DARA. The level 2 duty holster is absolutely garbage. NO RETENTION except for the cheap hood, I can hold the holster upside down and the gun falls out. The thumb release is LOW QUALITY, it is very stiff and is in a place that your thumb jams into the inside plate. Drop leg is NOT a drop leg, it is hardly lower than a belt slide. Why it has a leg strap, I don't know.

THEY DO NOT EVEN BELIEVE IN THEIR PRODUCT, OTHERWISE THEY WOULD ALLOW RETURNS FOR THIS GARBAGE. NOT WORTH IT.

Ordering something weapons related that is not Glock is an absolute pain in the ass in Estonia. But i'm glad i found DARA. They ship to europe and the quality is very good. Being a first time gun owner and not choosing Glock holster options are non existent. But now im happy with my Walther PDP and i have an excellent holster too. Thank you very much.
All process took a little over a month from ordering to hands on. Bought level 2 TLR 1 holster and the fit is very good. I loosened retention a bit and it is very good. TY DARA.
