Ruined my travel plan
Together with Avxperten, DAO has ruined my travel plan. An AT baggage I have ordered from avxperten was supposed to be delivered on September 10, 2026. They have delayed it and shipped it on September 14, 2026 through DAO. September 16 was the day I had to travel. DAO has delivered this to an incorrect Shop and they take another 2 days to send it to the correct shop. DAO didn't even notify me about this mistake and delay. The customer care executive has told me as this takes time as it's DAO's mistake. This combination didn't offer a free delivery too though there are companies who ships the products for free within specified time. Now, I'm clueless about the condition of baggage.

Very reliable and fast when receiving packages with DAO.
(Sending letters with DAO is another matter though. I sent a few letters that did not reach the destination. And it takes a long time, when they do.)

I can see in our system that the parcel was redirected to another parcel shop. However, this happened because the original parcel shop was unfortunately closed on the day the parcel was on its way there due to a staff party.
