Lazy employees don't bring packages
I paid 99kr for a package to be delivered to my address and it was still delivered to the door. Customer service argued that it was attempted delivery and noone was home. 2 people were home all day, I have camera recording all the time and noone from dao was at my address. While some curriers do their job fine, so learned to be lazy and blame it on 'noone was home' and no photo or any proves of being at the property at all. Unacceptable service for specialized company in deliveries to blame client all the time instead fixing your lazy employees.

Package not delivered to home
I work from home every day. I ordered a package that DAO just decided not to deliver (even though I paid for home delivery) and instead decided to deliver to the package shop which is further away. If I wanted the package delivered to a package shop I would have indicated this when I ordered the package. Very poor service from DAO.

The address provided by your sender to Dao is incomplete, and the parcel has therefore been redirected from the terminal so that you could still receive it.
