We are really sorry to hear that you didn't recieve your ordre as planned. We dispatched the order on the 8th june, so what happend to your package on its way to your adress we don't know.
The package returned to our adress a couple of days ago, and therefore we have tranfered the purchase amount back to your account. It can take a couple of days before they will appear on your bankaccount.
If this ever happens to you again, that your package is delayed, please contact costumerservice. The company, in the given situation, can then try and investigate what happend, and the process can become a lot shorter, than in this instance. :)
