I DIDNT EVEN BUY A MOTOR FROM DAN. I CALLED WITH SOME QUESTIONS ABOUT A MOTOR HOME. I ASKED IF THE MOTOR WAS IN GOOD CONDITION ALL THE REQUIRED QUESTIONS ONE WOULD MAKE BEFORE PURCHASE. HE WAS RUDE INSULTING AND SAID IF ANYTHING WAS WRONG I WOULD HAVE STATED IN ONLINE WOULDNT I! HE WAS RUDE ANGRY AND PUT THE PHONE DOWN ON ME. I WOULDNT BUY A CAR FROM A PERSON LIKE THAT. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

Purchased a CLS from Dani’s Motors a few weeks ago.
The car (like all their cars) was absolutely immaculate inside and out. Great history, stacks of paperwork and a fantastic price.
Viewing and purchasing the car was a pleasure with absolutely no pressure to buy.
I bombarded them with questions about the car and was never made to feel like I was being a pain in the a#$e.

A couple of weeks into weeks ownership the car developed a couple of issues (suspension)
It’s a 2nd hand car these things happen…
I called them up and they did not even hesitate to sort it out for me. It took a couple days of days to get to the bottom of it but they got it sorted, and sorted it properly.

AJ, the guy I dealt with from the 1st ever enquiry all the way through to getting the car fixed was an absolute legend.
I am not the easiest person to deal with, I have high standards and am extremely impatient and can be very short and direct in how I speak to people.
However AJ was a true gent, answered every phone call and was always polite.

I have bought a lot of cars over the years, love my cars and change them pretty often as I get bored.
Dealt with an awful lot of bad garages.
Genuinely I can say with out a shadow of a doubt this garage is the best I have EVER dealt with in my life.
The whole experience from start to finish, the after sales customer service and support has been nothing but outstanding!!!

100% this is the first place I will be coming to when I go to make another car purchase.

Extremely rare to find a dealership where quality of stock, customer service and after care are to such a high standard.

This garage personnel can book car for 2 or more customers same time, so if you come from far even if you ve booked ghe car you might meet other customers onterested in same vehicle.

Purchased a car from Dani motors and have been very pleased with the car. Customer service was great during the buying process. Was even given refreshments while filling out paperwork. Probably to entice me to buy the car, but it was appreciated anyways!

Since I've had the car I've had to have a few minor repairs. I've had the brakes fixed, etc. I've taken it back to Dani motors for these fixes. I've always received great pricing, been treated well, and the car has been serviced promptly. Very happy with all my experiences related to Dani motors.

The car we brought was in their garage more than we had it. Had to have engine replaced then had constant oil & coolant leak, timing issues & EML coming on. Had to get someone else to advise what was wrong to then advise the mechanics at Dani motors, who still couldn’t sort it. Unknowledgeable mechanics who don’t have the equipment to fix problems. Was advised it had new exhaust & paid to replace timing/guidance chains but have found out neither of these have been done. Basically don’t believe they did anything they said they did. warranty not worth anything. Really disappointed and angry to say the least
