I mean I am an easy going guy, I have no complaints but that means almost nothing to be honest. The most important thing is that everything is quite acceptable if not great if I am not complaining.

After calling different consultants from support was told completely different information. I wasted a week preparing a document, which wasn't needed, because being told to prepare it by a previous person. The response from Danica Pension was "You were told to TRY to prepare it, there was never a guarantee". Thank you, Danica Pension, for consistency and precision.

Back in the very beginning of December last year I emailed my pension advisor that I wanted to close my foreigner pension and take the money out... I'm not going to go through all the details, but needless to say I still have not gotten my money and I'm super p*ssed off.
We had planned to use the money to do some renovations on the house that we got possession of at the start of March, but not we have already moved in, so the time when the money would have been useful was past. I did expect some delays to get the funds, which is why I asked them to close the account at the start of December.
Update: My advisor finally got back to me with an update. There is no timeline for when I will receive my money.
Very reluctant to deliver the basic services that you pay for. Almost impossible to get through on the phone, and there doesn't seem to be an alternative way of renewing a referral from a doctor (a necessity as Danica will cancel their acceptance of a referral when the year ends, even though the referral is valid for a year). And when you _do_ get through to them you're met with hostile suspicion and a reluctance to live up to their own terms for cover. The phone wait seems like a cynical way of avoiding people being able to make claims.
My experience with Danica Pension was not great either. First of all, it took them about 3 months to get me into the system. But the worst thing was actually how they handled me exiting the pension scheme.
My previous employer failed to notify Danica Pension about me quitting the job 2 months ago. And now Danica Pension wants me to pay for their services for two months even though it was not my job to notify them about anything!
I find it deeply disturbing.

I am moving out of Denmark, i send notice to company and they told me that money will be back in 10 days, Today is around 40 days after that and they are tellin me the same story.
So people there probably are not responsible for what they are doing.

In my previous job, I had Danica Pension, so when I changed job, I asked Danica Pension about my options. They were not doing great at investing my money, but I wanted to take an informed decision.
The customer service was not very responsive, they needed several days to reply to my questions, and their replies were very vague. Unless I explicitly asked about specific fees and coverages, they did not mention them. It was very frustrating to get all the information about my options, so, in the end, I felt that I cannot trust them and I withdraw all the money from my plan.
It has been a journey with Danica, unfortunately not a pleasant one.
For the past 5 years I have been paying for a private health insurance in which I thought it was a great service, only realizing that the reason it was a "great service" was mainly due to the fact I never used it and therefore never experienced such a bad customer service.
Starting from the point where they do not reply to your emails and if they do, it might take them a week (if you get lucky) or two for their reply.
The rudeness of their customer service agents is clearly shown from the very first moment you decide to call them. Their attitude towards their customers is very negative, not taking the time to read the customers profile, giving a NO as an answer without listening to the whole issue, not giving the attention they deserve but instead showing the “I don’t care” or “I’m making you a favor” attitude.
I would like to think that there might be at least one customer service agent who really has the passion for serving to his/her customers, unfortunately I haven’t seen that yet. Until that happens I hope I won’t need to use the insurance again and I will make sure that together with my colleagues we can change to a better insurance company.
