Every time I needed a pair of shoes or a leotard I would always go to Dance World as they have the best selection and everything is such amazing quality. I bought a set of ballet clothes & the shoes were too small in my first order. The return process was soo easy & quick. I returned them one day & had my refund processed the next i couldnt believe how quick they were. Ordered new shoes in the right size & they also came really quick!

I had a really positive experience with Dance World’s customer service. Unfortunately, my original parcel went missing during delivery, but their team was incredibly helpful and supportive throughout the whole process.
They stayed in contact with me, kept following up on the parcel and genuinely tried to help locate it. Once it was confirmed that the parcel was lost, they even arranged a replacement for me.
I really appreciated how attentive and responsible they were from beginning to end. I’ve now received my replacement order and am very happy with everything. Thank you so much for taking such good care of your customers — excellent service and highly recommended!

The service from dance world was excellent. They responded to e-mail queries quickly and dealt with a refund quickly. There was a courier-based error and Dance World went above and beyond to have my purchase redirected and resent correctly. I would definitely deal with them again despite being on the other side of the planet from them in NZ.

Wonderful customer service - ordered 2 makeup palettes and they arrived broken possibly due to someone dropping them in transit, I sent an email to let them know and they offered to send 2 new replacement palettes with extra bubble wrap to make sure it doesn't happen again. Their readiness to help, combined with such professionalism and care, made the service truly exceptional.
