Very happy with my bike

I love my Dance bike ! It’s convenient and sturdy. If needed, the support team is reactive and you can request repair for the following day, which is really convenient ! I had a problem once and I was able to get it fixed quickly :-)

I am trying to cancel a subscription on…

I am trying to cancel a subscription on your website, which you make very difficult for a customer. I also tried to send a message via your customer service section on your website, and I still haven't received a response. The issue is with selecting the location for returning the bike. Even after selecting my preferred location, the confirmation button cannot be selected. This is completely frustrating; it seems that this company makes cancelling subscriptions harder so that customers have to pay for an extra month.

They will charge you 130€ for an unresolved case and dont care about you after ending the subscription.

No written statement, No correspondence. No care.

dance customer service is non existent. or they just avoiding important issues as someone who is not their active customer anymore.
got charged multiple times with 130€ for "allegedly" not brining back equipment after returning.

the whole case makes no sense. lots of open questions. and no one cares from the dance.co team to respond to your many emails to try to resolve the case.

instead they just harassing you with automatic payment request and just starting to throw you infront of Inkasso and force you to pay. and all this without correspondence or any written statement.

neither the concierge(at)dance.co or service(at)dance.co mails are responding.

(lets see, right now NO recommendation for dance.co)

after I reached out again. they acknowledge the mistake of sending me that invoice and started the refund process.

The Dance in Berlin has been of the highest of tunes, from the start of the set as for its effortless and receptive harmony on booking and reservation, sound clear customer service and pick up. I love the bike....I can sail thru the streets.

I love the bike....I can sail thru the streets on it. Really special and nice. Wish there was a small shoulder strap bag for the battery, or a way to not take it with. But it is how it is for safety's sake against robbery.
I really enjoy the ride.

Fantastic!

I love commuting on my Dance bike

I love commuting on my Dance bike; it is a joy everyday. And I love the customer service when I have problems. When repairs were needed they were done within 24 hours. I just had to leave the bike locked in front of my house. I've been using Dance now for 1.5 years. And can highly recommend.

Yay Dance Yay!

I've been using a Dance bike for over 3 years now and it genuinely has changed how I move around the city. I find the ride to be so comfortable and easy. I recently had to book my first repair and the whole process and customer service was seemless and completed with 24hrs.

Couldn't recommend them enough.
