Everything that everyone says is absolutely true. They take your order and your money and then come up with different excuses for several weeks as to why the order hasn't shipped. I finally asked for a refund. They said 5-7 days. I waited 7 and contacted them. They said they have no access to their refund system. So I contacted my credit card to dispute the charge. 3 days later I got my money back. Their good prices are just false advertising.

I ordered a bumper for my truck on October 30th and the website made no mention of it being special order. After my purchase I inquire as to the availability status and was told the bumper will ship in a week or 2. After 2 weeks I inquire again to be told another 2 weeks. Then another 2 weeks and another 2 weeks until finally they tell me my item is in the shipping department and I will receive tracking info by the end of the week. At the end of the week after having not received tracking info I contact Dana Port again and simply ask to see a picture of my item with my mailing label on it. I was ignored and so asked to have my order canceled. They tell me that my money will be refunded after accounting approves and that will take 5-7 days. After 7 days I initiated a charge back with Chase and am still waiting 10 days later for resolution. As others have stated, I feel regret for not having first read the reviews for this company.

I ordered a part for a common truck. They said it was a special order item on back order (mounting brackets for tonneau cover)? I canceled my order and asked for refund. They won’t answer the phone and I get the same stock response for every email. Do Not trust them. They are a scam. If i could have at least talked to a live person, this rating would have been different. When I call during business hours the recording says it’s after business hours. All kinds of red flags from the beginning. Have your bank on standby to dispute them if you want your money back.

Ordered a jeep hardtop in November and was told it would be shipped in two weeks. Contacted them in December, to which they said " will be shipped next week". I Have emailed them several times. There response is always next week. It is now February and still get the next week response.

Ordered an air breather last Oct, despite a couple of emails and promises of shipping, they did not ship. Order cancelled, feedback left.

ORDERED A PART BEFORE SEEING THE REVIEWS. I CONTACTED THEM LESS THAN 24 HOUR AFTER ORDERING NEEDING TO CANCEL. I WAS TOLD THAT I COULD STILL RECEIVE THE PART ONCE I MADE IT DOWN THE LIST TO MY NAME.. I TOLD THEM, THAT WAS NEVER PART OF THE DEAL AND NO MATTER WHAT, I WANTED IT CANCELED. ONCE THE ORDER IS REFUNDED, I WILL CHANGE THIS REVIEW.

Canceled order after four months of not receiving it. They kept saying the manufacture push back the delivery time. I requested a refund and they said they don't have access to the refund department

This isn't even a real company, it's some low life working in his granmas basement scamming people. They only want to aggravate you when you cancel an order. Best way to get your money back is to dispute the charge on your credit card. Or you can deal with an a...hole behind the computer!! Now I'm going to the attorney General for action. Someone will get the fraud charge and go to jail.

This company charges your card and does not deliver. If u e mail they say they are working on the order. If u call for your $ back a guy says it will be back in your account in 2 days and hangs up. No refund

Call the number on the back of you CC and explain what is going on. They can do a charge back. We got our $ in 2 days. The company doesn’t deserve 1 star but this site requires at least 1. Go get your $ back folks

Basically the same as everyone else. Ordered tires. They had no problem taking my money, but they sure won't give it back. 15 emails & a gazzillon phone calls later that keep going to an answering machine & still no refund!

I wouldn't even give them a one star you can't get a hold of anyone they want respond to emails either the BBB should shut them down ordered a Holley carb 3 months ago no carburator and no refund Google and FB should take them off their sites and be held responsible for money people have lost POS company

Bought and paid for parts, waited for 3 months on back order, cancelled order, they said refund would be issued 5-7 days, a month later no refund, they block my calls and won’t answer my email, filed dispute with credit card and BBB. DO NOT ORDER PARTS FROM DANA PORT

My husband purchased didn’t order on November 7, 2022 for $2683.76 canceled it immediately after we read the reviews within five minutes after 100 phone calls. My husband finally got a human on November 10, they stated that our refund would be in our account by the 18th today is November 29 and I finally got another human to answer the phone name Larry and tell he stated that my refund would be December 2! I told him that was unacceptable and could I speak to someone above his pay grade And of course he hung up on me. I have just called my bank and had them a dispute against the company. Absolutely disgusting how they treat their customers! And to keep almost $3000 of our money for what will end up being a month with no contact pisses me off!! Do not buy from this company

Well basically same as all the others. I ordered (4) tires, they charged my card right away. Finally received an email say tires would ship in two weeks. Of course they didn't. Called them, left messages, sent emails. No answer till today. I called and actually got a guy on the phone. Gave him my order number, he shuffles papers, then said "Oh" then disconnected. I called back and now it says their phone is disconnected. Thinking he blocked me? Anyhow doing charge back from Credit Card. Stay away from this company? it's pure fraud

My experience is similar to the other negative reviews posted here. This is just another fake company that does not stock parts and tries to do business by drop-shipping. You know I HATE drop-shipping companies! Why cant they just list products that they actually have stock?? This is so annoying! It’s simply unacceptable in this day and age for this to happen. Companies need to disclose if they are drop-shipping and/or list if there “in stock” is real time inventory. They only answered 1 of my emails ever stating that shipping date was postponed to 2-3 weeks in the future. Since they will not communicate any further, I did a charge-back to get my money back. Stay far far away from this company if you ever want to really get what you ordered as they don't seem top stock anything.

I paid 1100$ for an exhaust kit, no responses, no shipping, no refund.
Lost my money

Ordered a car tire (a needed part) 2 months ago. Emailed the company because they do not answer phones. Turns out the tire was never in stock. Mind you they charged my card immediately. It wasn't until I reached out to them, that I was made aware that they dont have the tire, and it will be another month before it is even shipped.

Worst experience I have ever had top to bottom. Total scam to tie up your money. Horrible customer service.

Ordered (Oct 13) a part from them which showed in stock, after ordering and they took my monies, was told was on backorder wouldnt have till November 4th, I needed sooner, I asked to cancel and refund. Now 12 days out still no refund, on bottom of their emails says to customers not to dispute charges or refund will take longer, after MANY emails to get my monies back had to call my bank and file dispute, stay away from this company!!! Scammers, they want to hold on to your money and not refund, false business practice to tell you they have a part and then after they get your money tell you out of stock!!
