Do not buy if you are in the UK. I cancelled the order the day after it was made as I ordered the wrong size. They do not reply to my email and in the meantime they shipped the parcel anyway. Once I receive it I requested a return label. It took them 2 weeks to provide that. Then once it arrived in Italy, they did not completed the customs procedures and the parcel was stuck there for 1 months and a half. I sent an additional email advising that I cancelled the order before dispatching and I should not bear the consequences and delays caused by them not providing effective customer service. They kept replying with premade answers like "we are dealing with your request, thank you for your patiance" but still they don't do anything.

Worst experience ever. Purchased diamond earrings, it was supposed to be a birthday present. Decided to send back and get a bigger size. The package reached customs and here everything stops, now it’s been more that a month. Damiani has to provide documentation proving that it’s a return so no import duties to be paid but they just won’t. I emailed them about 20 times, always a standard reply that they are sorry but it takes time to provide the documentation. BS. Amazing that management doesn’t bother. Customer service worst ever.
