I hired Dalyan Rose for a deep end-of-tenancy clean. Overall, the experience was okay, but not perfect. The team arrived on time and were polite, and most of the property was cleaned to a good standard. That said, I noticed a few missed spots during the final walk-through. The inside of the oven wasn’t as clean as expected and some of the grout in the bathroom still looked a bit dull. I had to go over a few areas myself before the inventory inspection. Communication was fine and the booking process was straightforward, but for the price I was hoping for a slightly higher level of detail. If they tighten up their attention to the small things, this could easily be a 5-star service.

The carpets were nicer and the house had a nice smell but it was a hasty finish to the job as the team left some dust scattered on shelves

Dalyan Rose did the job but there were a few things missing they forgot to do the oven even though I paid for it as an add on they did come back to sort it, but it was a bit annoying having to call them

My end of tenancy cleaning was taken cared by Dalyan Rose who did a neat job the oven cleaning was the best, it looked like it was newly made but the delay in confirmation of booking was the only they need to improve on.
