Terrible Experience with Dallas Wholesale Company

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with the Dallas Wholesale Company. I placed an order back in April, and to my dismay, they sent me the wrong product. When I contacted their customer service, they demanded that I pay for the return shipping to send the incorrect item back. Reluctantly, I complied and sent the package back.

It has now been several months since then, and despite my numerous attempts to contact them via email, they have completely ignored my messages. It is now August, and I have not received any resolution or refund for the incorrect item I received. This level of disregard for their customers is unacceptable, and I am extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and accountability from the Dallas Wholesale Company.

I strongly advise anyone considering doing business with this company to proceed with caution, as my experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. Their blatant negligence and failure to rectify the situation have left me feeling ripped off and utterly dissatisfied. Avoid this company at all costs.

i lost $900 dollars with this scammers

i have purchased $22k amount inventory, after receiving payments they ghosted. Now they are not replying on call and email. I have all the evidences of payment proof.
they are big scammers. don't work with them. Worst experience of purchasing.

This company is biggest scammer and totally fraud i have placed an order they have not shipped my order and not replying and not picking the call i request to you all please don't place any order to this company i am going to file a case very soon.

awful experience. This company is totally fraud. Dont buy from it. They are scammers. i ordered from them ,they did not ship my products to amazon in described quantity and charged extra amount of products as the price described in their price list
