These are scammers. Ordered stone tortoise . Received made up of rizen material. Mailed and messaged multiple times but havent received any update.

This company is not trusted. This is low quality product. Note, phone number received and email.
Not refund. Very poor company

To write a review I just had to give a 1 star which this company does not deserve. This is a fraud company . They send you damaged pieces and do not respond to any communication.
It looks like they have got their known people to write reviews on their website.
Do not buy anything from this website it’s all fake.

They never repspond on text or email. I bought Karanguli and Rudraksh Chain with buy 1 and get 1 free but they only sent one Chain and one rudraksh as complimentary. I had also bought the brcelet which never came. After dropping multiple whatsapp texts, calls and emails but they did not bother to respond. Please don't buy it from them.

Recently, I made a purchase from Dakshis.com, attracted by their promises of easy returns. However, after going through their entire return process, my return was unjustly rejected. It appears that their return policy is not as customer-friendly as advertised.

Moreover, the quality of the products I received was very disappointing, especially when compared to what they showcase on their social media platforms like Instagram and Facebook.

I would highly recommend avoiding Dakshis.com to prevent any similar frustrations.
