19 January: Received answered, asked video or photo. Replied ASAP.
23 January: Received a form to fill and send the part that to be replaced.
2nd February display sent by post to them repair or replacement.
Today: I been told "Let me check with my collogue to know where is your screen right now".
C'mon guys, you got 4.9 customer trust, you can do it better.

Wesley arranged everything for the trial: the arrangements for the purchase and all the extras were carried out very efficiently. I needed to tighten some key components before taking it on the road and for that Dailyride scores 4.9 ! Service was excellent and product ideal.
I ordered a bike and they have me the wrong one on purpose and it was 7 days late. When I called them the first 4 times they did not pick up hit then they did and tried to sell me more and do as if it was nothing to them. They are gonna come and pick up my wrong bike in 2 WEEKS and then maybe I Will get my money back

I got the bike 2 working business day after, with no reply from them regarding any tracking or letting me know when it was gonna be delivered, only a call one hour before to let me know.
Everything was okay for the first 10 days
Then the battery stopped charging and the breaks were making really strange noise.
Tried to reach out to get the situation resolved asap, they we're no help at all... I was dependent of the fatbike to go to work.
Lost over 2 weeks of work and had to end up buying a new battery elsewhere to have a working bike as fast as possible.
Update: I had the idea to check if it was the charger and it was, only after 2 weeks of trying to get my bike working and come up with this idea.
Then I reach out with proof of the problem and they send me a charger that was supposed to arrive Wednesday only arrived Saturday.
So in conclusion I lost 3 weeks of work and with that 1800 euros, plus 350 for buying the a new battery elsewhere, at least the 350 I'll eventually get back because I canceled the order.
But daily ride took no responsibility in solving the issues fast and I don't think they will or compensate me in any away for the money I've lost that is more than the bike itself.
And still contacted me to change my review...

I ordered a new controller for the V8, it arrived with minor damage and had different current strength
I bought a battery for my V20 pro fatbike. Before doing so I consulted customer service to find out if the battery would be compatible with my model, I received a timely and accurate response.
I placed an order on the battery. The battery arrived undamaged, well packed and in 2 working days. Even though that bettery was delivered late, there were never any doubts I would get it, because I got regular updates and was able to track my package. I would give it a 5 star review if the delivery was within 24 hours as promised.
In December we bought our son a fat bike from this company. First we rceieved a bicycle that came without the key for the battery. They then delivered a new bike.
My son had the bike for 6 weeks and the brakes stopped working. We had our bicycle guy take a look at it and he said the levers were leaking brake fluid and that is not a good sign. I then reached out to DailyRide, so did my husband and we have received no response to this day. What disgusting service. I won't recommend this company to anyone. Be careful before you think of purchasing a bike from them as you may get a defective bike and then you're stuck with it as they really don't care.
