I've emailed and follow instruction but they kept charging me for subscription. No response other than bot template. These people are scammers.

Sales people scam?

I took out a subscription in June, when they stated with so many adds and as I had read the print newspaper for over 40 years. I could not read the format and cancelled it about a week later. Just looked at my statement and realised they where still taking money from my account. I am told I cancelled one type of subscription and not the other and wont refund payments of a couple of months. Customer service leader with big ego did not help. Nice way to treat an 80year old. It sounded to me like a scam from their sales department to earn commission.

Should not be allowed to call…

Should not be allowed to call themselves a newspaper, when theyre nothing more than a gossip rag! Journalists of low level intelligence with narrow minded views and appalling grammar. Repeatedly caught out lying. App is full of bugs and will crash your phone. Their constant hate and bullying towards Harry and Meghan is disturbing. Much like it was for Caroline Flack before she was driven to suicide. All in all a worthless rag with no morals, no integrity and no values. Id feel ashamed if i worked for this trash

DO NOT TRUST THE DAILY MAIL ADVERTISING…

DO NOT TRUST THE DAILY MAIL ADVERTISING FEATURES,this is my Trustpilot review oF WJACKET-
Rated 1 out of 5 stars
WJACKET.APPALLING.DO NOT BUY.
WJACKET.APPALLING.DO NOT BUY.
The jacket is wrongly sized, I carefully checked all measurements before buying, it was too small.
Garment was sent from UK to UK.
However, after 4 email requests, I was eventually told told I had to return to Italy. It cost me £17 in postage.
I did everything I was asked to do, I sent tracking details etc.
Today, after checking the tracking,THE RECIPIENT HAS REFUSED TO ACCEPT THE RETURN,IT IS NOW BEING SENT BACK TO ME.I AM APPALLED.

I took advantage stupidly of a 6 month voucher scheme to get the mail 7 days a week for £18.99. decided after the 6 months I did not like the newspaper and cancelled my direct debit instruction. Been emailed several times by daily mail subscriptions that I "auto renewwd" at almost £40 a month yesterday. I did not and have many emails from subscriptions telling me the only way to cancel is to call a particular number as in " most cases" they cannot cancel a subscription by email?????

Subscription renewal issue

Prompt and effective Senior Manager action to a MAJOR SUBSCRIPTION AUTO-RENEW ISSUE.

I AM EXTREMELY GRATEFUL THAT SENIOR MANAGEMENT STEPPED IN AFTER MUCH HEART-ACHE AND WORRY AND RESOLVED MY ISSUE.

THANK YOU!!!!

This Rag is Rubbish!

This is one of the most biased papers I've ever seen. Clearly and blatantly Republican-sided. They don't even try to be impartial. If you're looking for truly biased opinions that are right wing, you've come to the right place, (pun intended). They don't deserve the moniker of newspaper. They are biased and unabashed rubbish.

No access to stories unless you subscribe/or give access to partners

Why is Daily mail making it difficult for ppl to access their online paper - you either subscribe or allow the cookies which give full access to their partners who can access your IP address and send you loads of nonsense. I have had hackers access my computer this way. One shouldnt be bullied or forced if one doesnt want to subscribe or for that matter want to accept your cookies. Always the UK - take take take/make things so hard in every form. I dont see other countries holding their ppl to task in this manner.

It's like a very early 1990s spam website these days ... packed full of completely irrelevant, unwanted pop-ups and junk adverts. About as news relevant/worthy as a bar room full of left wing unionists claiming to tell the truth ... it's been ruined.

Removed from my list of international news sites

Terrible site with hundreds of obtrusive ads. Sometimes the ads cover the stories so they are unreadable. They flash and change so quickly that they are actually dangerous for some people who suffer from migraines. These types of ads are actually banned in some parts of the world. Not safe to open the site around children. Moving to Mail Plus is the last straw. As an international reader, I'm not about to subscribe to it. I have now taken it out of my bookmarked roster of various international news sites. They used to be one of the first news sites to respond to big international stories too, but they are no longer worth the hassle.

Got tired of the moderators

Got tired of the moderators, half my comments were always taken off. There are plenty of places to read news stories, that don’t have rabid mods trying to control your every word. The DM has turned into a leftist rag, although it used to have balanced news. A British friend said she never reads it anymore for the same reason.
