I ordered parts from B.Parts who use Dachser for their shipments. Nearly 3 weeks waiting now and still no package. Sent Dachser Ireland emails requesting updates and they did not even bother to reply. The tracking App is useless as it does not tell you where your package is, all you get is "outbound". I wouldn't recommend any buisness use their service and anyone buisness using them doesn't really care about their customer base. This is an honest review and I can give my consignment number as proof. Avoid this company at all costs.

Rude and unprofessional people. I hope never to have to deal with them again. Brutal difference to other delivery companies.

This company is just a joke. 4 weeks they are "sitting " on my product, not delivering, not communicating, not answering to messages and phone calls. And obviously, reading the reviews on here and on Google, I am just one of many in the same case.

They delivered the wrong product to the wrong house, and during the fixing process, it was similar to dealing with the mafia. Instead of supplying proper details of the erroneous delivery, they resorted to safety, legal threats, and outright inappropriate behaviour for a logistics company. They also at first refused to identify themselves and provide proper documentation of the purchase.
