Overpriced and a bit too tight to slide but otherwise good

Easy website to order, fast shipment. Extremely easy to install --> only 4 screws, no drilling or other, just a screwdriver and you are done.

I ordered last month, wrote an email (no reply), tried to call them during opening time ( the automatic voice message says I’m calling during non opening Times), my tracking number doesn’t work.

Next step will be to go to the police.

First it fits the window perfectly, second the instruction how to install was clear and supports multi languages. Third installation was very easy but ideally achieved with additional pair of hands for few minutes to avoid damage. Fourth blinds 95% of the light as described some of it is leaking behind the metal frames along the window but acceptable.

It fits perfectly to the Dachfenster from Rollo, with a matching white colour and seems to be well built quality, time will tell if the roll up/down mechanism is durable. Installation wise is also very simple and easy. Compared to motorised and outside windows shutter, this works perfectly well with 10 times cheaper.

Es passt perfekt zum Dachfenster von Rollo, mit einer passenden weißen Farbe und scheint gut gebaut zu sein, die Zeit wird zeigen, ob der Roll-up/Down-Mechanismus langlebig ist. Die Installation ist auch sehr einfach und leicht. Im Vergleich zu motorisierten und Außenfensterläden funktioniert dies perfekt mit 10 Mal billiger.

Still have not received the order.

The item arrive with a small corner a bit blended. Also after the installation it had a small gap reflecting light and after consulting about it, I have just gotten the answer "This is a installation problem" If there is space left there is no installation problem... it would be if it doesn´t fit! the installation is pretty straigth forward so there is no margen of error.

Today (partially cloudy day) we touched the cortin and the windows and both were very warm... so it block the sun but it seems to not block the heat but contain it.
