First of all,my parcel reached me late although I paid for the delivery. I contacted them that my parcel hasn't reached me yet,there was no reply. When finally I received my package,one item was missing. I have tried contacting them through the given ph number multiple times, on their website which is invalid.I have emailed them twice,no response. Looks like,I would have to ask my bank to cancel the payment. They are big scams,kindly donot purchase directly from them because it would be a dead end then

Amazing hair oils. I am particularly enjoying the blackseed multivitamin hair oil at the moment, made my hair feel soft and healthy. Well packaged and lovely products.

They sold me products out of date. Now ignore my emails.

I did an order and some of the item are missing I have sent two emails from my personal email and another one from the contact us on their website and not answer. How you can trust a company with this lack of customer services who don't even sent what the customers paid for? First and last order

I made an order on Sunday and received it on Thursday via Royal Mail with tracking provided. Easy website to use and I jumped on the bundle deal they had to get 15% off. I decided to try out 3 different oils, coconut, argan, and almond. I'm very happy with the free delivery - It was wrapped very securely. The prices are very reasonable too. Definitely coming back here to try out other hair oils in the future. 5/5.
