Worst experience of an order ever.
Get an email stating the delivery will be on 26-05-26, this email was received on the 08-05-26.
On the 18-05-26 I received an email at 13:48 saying my order will be delivered on the 19-05-26, I had to respond by 14:30 otherwise delivery would be delayed.
I didn’t see the email until 15:00, called them and they said they would have to reschedule as I didn’t respond in time, I explained they only gave me 42 minutes to respond but they wasn’t very helpful.
Received an email saying delivery would be today the 27-05-26.
Turned up with part of the order missing ( Dining room table, missing the table top ).
Then leave saying we would get a call about the missing part of the order, checked emails and they stated everything was delivered.
Have now had a text saying would I leave a review, so this is it.
I would not order a single thing from them again, laughable that they can get anything right.

Amazing garden furniture
The delivery was fantastic. Had a phone call to say my garden furniture was delivered. Packaging excellent. Kept informed of the delivery time. The bistro garden set is even more beautiful than I expected. I am thrilled with it and can highly recommend the set.
Great delivery and the product
Great delivery service by William and Matt, they offered to bring the garden furniture set through the house to the garden even on the hottest day of the year.
Very happy with the outdoor corner set too! Seems to be great quality and easy to set up.
Poor service
Last year, I placed an order from Daals & was extremely impressed with their service. However, when I placed my second order, the service was poor.
Order was placed on 19/04. I received confirmation of the delivery date - 27/04, so scheduled time away from work to be at home in order to receive the goods. An email was sent on 24/04 stating there was a system error, so the item would not be delivered as confirmed.
The delivery took place on 05/05, but the item was damaged. I reported the matter immediately & was offered the option to keep the item at lower cost, but was not advised what the discount would be.
Due to the severity of the damage, I requested an exchange, which was confirmed by Daals. Unfortunately, they did not provide an expected delivery date, despite chasing on multiple occasions for over 2 weeks.
Eventually, I received a text message and email on 26/05 advising the exchange would be taking place the next day, which left me little time to make adjustments to my work schedule. But as I have waited 2.5 weeks for the replacement, I made the proposed date work.
I have emailed Daals about the poor service & asked if anything could be offered as a gesture of goodwill. They responded advising as an exchange had taken place, they won’t be offering anything further - but an exchange HAD to take place as the item was damaged!!
I really like the quality of the products from Daals & had planned to buy more from them, but this experience has made me think again

So very disappointed
We originally ordered the taupe Stanford Garden sofa set from daals and had impeccable service. The items were delivered very very swiftly and absolutely perfection.
We decided that given the service had been so good we would order the matching Stanford Taupe dining set which comes with six chairs and the table.
Sadly when the items arrived we realised that two of the chairs were badly damaged.
We contacted daals immediately and sent footage of the box being carried by the Courier and dropped five feet on to the pavement in front of our ring doorbell.
We sent photo after photo followed by a video followed by more photos in order for them to agree to the return.
Then we had to box the two chairs up and wait for the exchange to be authorised.
We were told on Thursday last week that the two chairs would be replaced and were sent a DHL tracking link then today received one chair.
So we are still three weeks down the line with only five dining chairs for table that cost us £1800.
To add insult to injury and I mean this literally, when you stand up from one of the top dining chairs or twist, the chair topples.
In my opinion the three legs are not adequately wide enough to balance the weight of a guest. When the guest either twists or stands the chair tips - these are not safe chairs.
If you compare them to the wicker chairs in the same range you will see that the back leg is twice as wide making the chair more stable.
I have reached out to Daal to ask for a return of the dining set and potentially an exchange for the wicker one (I will need to get the sofa set exchanged too as I wanted it all to match) and I will then update this one star review.
This review is given honestly from me, as someone who used to manage the customer service department for a blue-chip UK based company.
I have never been so disappointed after spending £4k of hard earned money.

I have bought furniture from Daals…
I have bought furniture from Daals before so I knew the quality would be good, with the patio furniture I bought this time, it is very sturdy and easy to put together, the delivery once again also good, the two guys were friendly and helpful with putting the boxed items where I wanted them, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from this company again and would recommend them to anyone!

Great speedy delivery. The downside is where the company will deliver to. I live in Cornwall and they wouldn’t even entertain me paying for delivery. I had to get delivery to my brothers in the midlands and drive and pick it up myself. The delivery staff I couldn’t fault

Great looking and well made bed frame
Bed frame arrived well ahead of estimated delivery date and was very well constructed and easy to assemble. Online images don’t do it justice
Warehouse and Transport Damage.
As soon as the driver opened the tailgate I let out an often used building site string of expletives. My delivery was obviously in a fallen position, and the rest of the van was strewn with other customers valuable items in a state of chaos. Apparently transport won’t allow them to use securing straps and they didn’t load the van themselves, yeah right. The damage to my Daals furniture is minor though irritating, and though I had intended to purchase the master bedroom furniture from Daals, this decision is now on hold. The warehouse handling and transport of valuable, delicate yet heavy items should have improved in the age of the internet, but this experience and the recent replacements provided by a bathroom supplier for the master en-suite totalling over £600 worth of goods damaged in transit, has left me despairing of British management ever being able to provide a dedicated and fully competent workforce.
