A SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT USE. Placed and paid for order in 2020, goods never arrived, only way of contact is by email which I sent several times. Standard reply of Covid slowing down delivery but goods never arrived. Two years now so I will never receive my order.

I recently bought a sought after collectable from these people, and after a month have had no updates, despite reaching out to their support (care-at-d2direct.co.uk, allegedly).

I followed up with a call to their "24 hour customer support line" a few days later, which seems to be nothing more than a recorded message, as the options they prompt you to press do nothing and the message simply repeats regardless of what you do.

Thankfully I purchased through PayPal, so I have raised a case with them to get my funds back.

Extremely concerned that this is nothing more than a well crafted scam shop front, despite it's apparent legitimacy. Of course, it could be a "Mom and Pop" outfit, and they simply can't fulfil their promises, but if so honesty and transparency is far better than ignorance and stonewalling!

DO NOT! trust a word this company says I have purchased one of there product that was over £150 and they have ghosted me and will not respond to any of my Emails. Just so you know the order is over 1 years old now with it not changing its shipping progress.

Ordered an item last year. Company kept emailing excuses then promised a refund that never came. This company is a total scam. Avoid at all costs.

Biggest scam!
So very disappointed with this company. It places a mark against all other rising honest companies in the market place.

Placed an order just over a year ago now, contacted them almost every month, first asking for the product to be sent and finally requesting refund but nothing.

THESE PEOPLE CANT BE TRUSTED AND SHOULD GO TO JAIL O AT LEAST BE PUNISHED IN SOME WAY.

If I could give them less than one star I would. I ordered my product (several hundred dollars worth) in March of 2020 just before COVID shut things down. The product was delayed due to COVID but I patiently waited with their reassurance that it would be shipped as soon as possible. Every month I would ping them and was told each time that they would provide a tracking number soon. It's been a year and still no product and now, not even a reply with an empty promise. I gave them every chance to make it right and they failed each time. This isn't fraud, I don't know what is.

Placed an order months ago and never received it. Refuse to answer my emails. Judging by other comments, I’m not alone.
Save your money.

Waited over 6 months. Nothing arrived. Order cancelled but refund never hit my credit card. Scam company. Beware. Now they don't respond to emails.

I ordered the steamliner in June, as of this date have not received it. Have Emailed them several times got nothing but excuses. They got me for$ 200.00. What a bunch of scammers. Amazon has it for $ 160.00.

I have waited 7 months for delivery and still no response. Obviously a scam company....

Scammers - ordered in March 2020 ,never received the the promised tracking number despite numerous emails to D2 Direct , constantly fobbed off , item never received- beware this is a scam company, they took their Facebook page down due to all the negative reviews and complaints

Scammers! No product delivered

I have been waiting for my orders since the end of March 2020. I have had numerous emails back & forth , I gave them the benefit of doubt because of Covid but now in no doubt that they are just a big scam. Avoid at all cost!

We placed two seperate orders back in May.
After multiple e-mails following up our orders and on each occassion being assured they were only 2 weeks away we made the decission to cancel them requesting a refund on the 1st October.
After many e-mails, again, we have been assured a refund is being processed but it has still not been provided.
This company is not to be trusted.

I ordered my item in May 2020. After 5 months still no delivery and after a continual stream of inquiries to them they have made excuses and offered no indication that they are going to supply the goods at all.

Ordered my product in May, still not received it. Been strung along for months with promises of “shipping soon”. Worth mentioning during all this I was still getting spam email from them to buy more. This company seems like it’s just someone ripping people off via Facebook ads. Working with my CC company to get my money back.

Having made an order on 23 May, nothing has been received three months later. They consistently refuse to answer e-mails and probably hope that the problem will just go away. But the fact they have taken a lot of money from me and supplied nothing is unforgivable. PayPal resolution is underway.
Avoid this company

Having placed an order over 2 months ago and still not receiving items nor any updates. I have chased them numerous times to be informed they are moving their factory. Doing further research i would suggest these are possibly a copy of a real company in an attempt to take money from people.
