Not how I expected things to go at all
Ok. So, to be honest, it wasn’t a straightforward process to buy from this site and was also a bit misleading. Simply having an option to use PayPal would resolve this. The company you have and the way the transaction is displayed makes the buyer uncertain. Secondly, it made me create an account and didn’t even allow me to create my own password. I believe this was either some cross-compatibility issue or just a bad design. Either way I now have an account I’m going to have to reset the password on to even properly log in the first time. Lastly, I had made a request on my purchase, and while it was only a request and not a requirement a little feedback would have been nice. I’m not sure if it’s just the process in place but this really made for a frustrating and difficult process that could have and should have been simple.
