It took 3 full days to complete and delivery order. Much longer then normally in this kind of service but in the end i got it so could be better but not bad. Still legit :)

This company is fantastic. Just like with any company it has its ups and downs. I've had an absolute Grand experience using this company. They've always come through and their customer service is always there to respond. And quite frankly, you cannot beat their pricing. And from time to time they will throw in freebies. Don't count on them... but they do. Thank you D2 chest for going above and beyond.

Edited I got my order but late and innitially there was some mixup with order numeber, different on confirmation screen different in the email/payment confirmation..

Sometimes it does take about 5hr to get just one order. Which, in my experience is kinda slow. That being said I will use d2chest again i like it.

I would like to say I’m extremely happy with the D2chest. I’ll start by saying this is my first time ordering and I was a bit impatient as most of us will be, however, I used the chat box feature on site and even though it indicated to me that it was past hours I sent a message. I was responded to shortly after. I was sent my account detail, as I explored my rolls on items bought, I was surprised to see the High rolls seem to be a priority here at D2chest cause I got some great ones !!! The impression I got is they put the customer first. Thank you I will continue to come to you for this nostalgic experience in addition to the help you offer players like me. Thank you D2chest!!! Good looks on the rolls !!! ^.^

Fast delivery, good price

The item that I ordered was late. I never received an email within the 24 hour time period quoted. I even checked my spam folder. No email. Customer service did not disappoint though. An account and PW were eventually sent. Sorry, but a star off for the lateness. Would I order again? Possibly. Not too many LOD legacy sites around. All are usually just cater to the D2R crowd.
