SCAMMED! Paid £99.99 for an order over 2 weeks ago and received nothing, not even an order acknowledgement email. Tried to pay with credit card but system only worked with debit card. Live chat doesnt work nor does enquiry submission page. Will be reporting to ActionFraud

I ordered a drone from the Pixxo website and had the same experience as others who have ordered good from mediaxpress.co.uk
Originally given a FedEx tracking number. The tracking number was for someone else but it was blamed by this "company" as an error by FedEx. Subsequently received several emails daily advising that a new item had been dispatched again and a new tracking number to follow, which never arrives. Lots of discrepancies in the emails - the last one had a sign off from one of the other websites, so they lost track of which website I had originally ordered from.
The emails are worded to reassure that all is fine but are really dragging the time out to 15 days when payments etc are cleared.
This website is an elaborate scam and your order will never arrive!

Raised a dispute through my bank and got my £99.99 refunded, but the scammers even had the cheek to text me (in broken English) asking why I had raised the dispute!
Look up their business address on Google Street View - its a small terraced house. If you search their company number it comes back to a Romanian guy. Unfortunately alot of people will fall for this scam.
