DOGUS IVF CLINIC, NORTH CYPRUS - PLEASE AVOID THIS SCAM CLINIC AT ALL COSTS
I was given no access to a doctor, no medication plan, ignored phone-calls, ignored messages. I have had a very lucky escape. MERT is extremely unprofessional. Caused me so much anguish, worry, anxiety and heartache. This is a message to anyone thinking of using this clinic. Please avoid at all costs and save your money.
As a lady in the menopause I was assured that this clinic could provide treatment as I needed a frozen embryo transfer. The co-ordinator MERT told me to start on estrogen to bring on a cycle, which I done. We booked and paid for flights from the UK, car hire and accomodation, which was not cheap. After 3 weeks my cycle started and i spent 9 days attempting to contact the clinic. Over a period of 9 days they ignored dozens of phone-calls, dozens of texts and all attempts to contact MERT. The coward would not reply. I cannot understand why any clinic would cause so much emotional stress. It is utterly heart-breaking.
PLEASE DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR MERT OR THIS CLINIC.....JUST A SCAM CLINIC AND MERT IS A TOTALLY UNPROFESSIONAL SCAMMER
