Very Concerning Experience and Loss of Trust with Crypto. com

A very worrying experience and a complete loss of trust with Crypto. com. I had several exchanges, notably via WhatsApp calls, with people presenting themselves under different names. Gradually, everything was put in place to block my investment, which now exceeds €5,000. To this day, I have still not recovered anything despite numerous attempts.

I am currently fighting with Crypto. com in an effort to recover funds that appear to be blocked on the blockchain. The situation became even more alarming when I received messages explaining that I had to pay “employees” or additional fees before I could recover my money, which clearly seemed fraudulent to me.

Due to the lack of transparency and the absence of any concrete solution, I consulted ZFC. RE to better understand the appropriate legal steps in this type of situation.

I have also filed a complaint with the national police to assert my rights and am now waiting for the next steps in the process in the hope of recovering my funds.
