Cypherock X1 - Best Hardware wallet to store BTC, crypto Reviews 35

I placed my order on 1/17 and finally got it here in California via Fedex on 2/21. Easy to set up, nice design, so 4 stars despite the wait. I emailed about the delay and did get a reply after a few days. Tracking email indicated it arrived on East Coast at Fedex on 2/13 and I didn't get the shipping # but know from experience that it takes about 7 days coast to coast.

I placed an order with Cypherock on February 2nd (Order #7700) and only received an order confirmation. Since then, my item has not been shipped, and I have received no updates whatsoever.

I have tried contacting their customer support multiple times via email, but they have completely ignored my messages. This lack of communication is unacceptable for a company selling security-related products.

At this point, I have no idea if I will ever receive my order or if I need to request a refund. If Cypherock cannot even handle basic customer support, how can they be trusted with security solutions?

The wallet doesn't work with DApps on the Solana Blockchain and they don't advertise this fact on their supported coins website.

When requested for a refund, it was denied for security reasons which is understandable. However, I wouldn't bought the wallet in the first place if it was correctly advertised what is supposed to work on what Blockchain.

After contacting support I was told that the DApp support for the Solana Blockchain was in progress when in fact wasn't even under review. So now I have an expensive paper weight.

I love this way of security. Something you have, something you know and a way to recover if landel is lost

I bought a Cypherock wallet a few months ago, but unfortunately I am still looking for a cold wallet today. One of the cards did not work and I couldn't even set up my wallets. The customer service is a joke. They asked me to check a bunch of things and then asked me to send the product back to India while promising paying me back the delivery fees (over 30euros sending from Europe) as soon as they received the product. I send back the product a month ago and asked them for a reimbursement for the parcel and then an update for the replacement of a functional product, never heard back from them... So from my experience, I would say that the idea is great but the product quality is random and the customer service is a joke. So I am sharing my experience, hoping to help other avoid paying 160 euros for an expensive lesson like me.

Bloody terrible customer service ,pay your money don't get the product,fob you off with some email logistics problems. Don't answer emails , wouldn't recommend at all.

This is my second hardware wallet. I owned a Ledger Nano X before this one. Switched to Cypherock X1 after getting on a call with the founder. The Cypherock Team has created an amazing product. I have been using the Cypherock X1 for 3 months now and I have never had this level of peace of mind when Crypto hacks are happening all around the world. I think it is a great option for anyone who is looking for safest self custody option. I would highly recommend getting a Cypherock X1. Loved it.

The best wallet I have come across so far for cold storage of my Crypto. The fact that I don't need to manage a seed phrase backup is gamechanging. Eagerly waiting for the inheritance service to come out which I got to know about when I talked with the founder on call.

I saw the Cypherock wallet and ordered it. I received it in just a few days and it is exactly what is shown in their website. Seeds is stored fractioned in multiple cards and in the device, and the flow to process a transaction is smooth. Manages multiple seeds in the same device, which made me get rid of the several Ledger I was using. I feel also relieved that if I do lose my safeguarded written copy of the seeds and the device, I can still recover all. They offer to generate wallets even without ever seeing the seed, but not my way of doing things... Still was my mom in need of managing Web3 assets, then it would be excellent that she has not to deal with storing a seed phrase, and yet not be worried in case she loses the device. Amazing hardware!
