This serum works wonderfully on my stubborn facial hair. The results are absolutely incredible after just 5 weeks of use! My chin hairs were so stubborn nothing else touched them. This serum weakened them progressively. Week by week they got thinner and now theyre barely visible. The consistent improvement was really motivating. Finally something that works!

So far so good I love it never happened today I clean my facial hair and tomorrow comes out again but with this magic solution it’s been a week and I still have soft and pretty skin thank you so much keep up the good work Cyper Glow team.

Unfortunately, I had a reaction to the product, but Mhina from the Customer Team was FANTASTIC! My refund for the product was processed very quickly without any hassle. Also, the reviews mentioning that the subscription process is difficult to manage are incorrect. It was easy to find and adjust on the Cyper Glow website.

Do not buy from here. They are not helpful when wanting to return. I emailed asking to cancel the order of my subscription 6 minutes after it had been organised and was advised it wasn’t possible and that I would have to return as it had already been packed and shipped (on a Saturday). It took 4+ weeks to get a return address out of them, even though it says they’ll be happy to help with returns on their website. I have now been waiting for a refund for over 5 weeks and they are ignoring all of my emails and messages even after showing proof of delivery that they have received my return. The AI chat keeps making tickets and advising someone will respond within 12 hours, this is not the case. Customer service is awful and the product doesn’t work

Mhina was good when it came to support. She helped me cancel the subscription I did not consent to, she sent me tracking info again, I had to chase it up. Support was decent. Definitely check the website and don't rush to buy. I sent a gdpr email to have my details removed. It's just a faff tbh.

Contacted customer support because sadly one of my serums came broken and they took very well care of me. As soon as I contacted them they responded right away and helped me get a replacement! Super friendly customer support and very attentive!

I placed an order, and first of all very happy with the price !😋 I never ended up getting a confirmation email so I contacted the company for help and they were super onto it! Very helpful and kind. DO NOT BUY!! Total waste of money! This product does not deliver on its promises I have been using it for 4 months & seen no difference. Poor customer service too - I asked to cancel my subscription 3 times and they just kept offering me alternatives to stay.

DON'T BUY!! it's a fake.

They said it had been delivered, but it hadn't. And when you click on the tracking link, it takes you back to the website and not to a tracking page. If you contact customer support, you get a super-fast response, but it's all just lame excuses. I'm not sure if it's generated by a bot. I'm going to report it to PayPal and want to warn you all about it! Don't fall into this dropship trap.

Absolute scam. I am considering taking this situation higher elsewhere, putting off giving me a refund after signing me up for a subscription I was unaware of and taking payments out of my account. Absolutely joke of a small business

There was an issue with my order but Glessy was super helpful and followed up with me every step of the way to make sure I received my serum which I finally did!

bad product, does not work at all. i don't know where they bought their "5star review writers". and i didn't sign anywhere for a monthly paypement but somehow the next month i received another package. so in total they charged me 150 dollar and i dont even want this product. do not buy it, it's a scam

Beware. Product doesn't work and they refuse to give a refund. Was in email conversation with them about it and they decided to just close the ticket without resolving it. Shocking customer service with a product that does not do what they claim it does

I ordered a single product. It was turned into a subscription without my authorization. I attempted to cancel but the shipments and charges keep coming. The return address is El Monte, CA

My first order was hung up in customs. I contacted customer service and was helped all the way thru my issue by Ofelia. She was excellent! Very professional and polite, even when I was a bit frustrated. I give her a rating of 5 stars. She answered me quickly and was determined to give me a great first impression of the company.

I bought a pack of 3 I didn't realise they put me in a subcription so the following month they also sent me three products and I wasn't even through a tenth of the bottle. I spent over 80 pound with them. The product doesn't work and they have disgusting customer service. I was dealing with John who kept coming back with stupid answers when asking for a full refund because they promise a 60-day money-back guarantee. Initially he said I will give you 10% as a good will gesture which I wasn't accepting and took it further and told them I will contact the financial ombudsman. He eventually said he can give up a 30% refund and will issue it instantly. I am still talking to John until I get my full refund.
