Scott Foil RC… suddenly OUT OF STOCK
On June 12th I bought a Scott Foil RC PRO Disc Carbon 2018/2019 frameset from the Cykom store. The frame has been on sale for a long time and the price of €582 is absolutely normal for a five-year-old model. The purchase amount was more than brazenly refunded and the cancellation stated that the purchase had been canceled at my request. When asked, the frame was “out of stock” and the price was wrong.
Today on June 27th the frame is suddenly available again. I hardly believe that Cykom suddenly received a new delivery of this five-year-old model. Dynaudio once had an advertising campaign “Danes don’t lie”.
I have been in Denmark for a lot of my life and I really appreciate the people and their sincere mentality. I find the behavior unfair, unsportsmanlike and legally highly questionable. This is not how you create trust and customer satisfaction.

Think before purchasing
The 5mm Aluminium spacer was delivered as ordered. The communication was good and the item arrived in good time however the spacer was one solid unit rather than the 2 part units the normal spacers come in which means that to use it I will have to dismantle the handlebars and remove the gear and brake hose which is a lot of work. Also, the spacers key into each other in a "male" and "female" arrangement. The Aluminium spacer has 2 "female" ends which means it can only key into one side so not sure how much use that is going to be if i was to dismantle my hoses just to install it.

So glad I found CYKOM online. I purchased a Pro-Owned Pinarello F12 X-LIGHT from these guys and I am very happy that I did. The store is Copenhagen, Denmark and I live in the US and I was concerned that if something goes wrong, I would not be able to resolve the issue. The purchase was a good experience, the price was great, and the bike was phenomenal. I can't imagine finding a bike like this in the US. Keep up the good work guys!
