I’m sorry to hear you weren’t fully satisfied with the bracelet. For context, you originally ordered the 19cm version of the Vintage Leather Bike Chain Bracelet, and when you contacted us saying it was too small, we arranged an exchange for you.

Regarding the links — this particular leather bike chain bracelet model is designed with fixed links, and this is clearly indicated on the product page. The listing also includes a size guide and measurement instructions to help customers choose the correct size before ordering.

We always try our best to support customers and resolve issues where possible, which is why we arranged the replacement for you, with an alternative bracelet option.

At the time the review was posted, the parcel was still in transit through the USPS network, which we confirmed with you by email while helping track the shipment.

We completely understand your frustration with the initial delay, and you’re absolutely right — we should always aim to communicate those kinds of delays more clearly from the start. Sometimes we run out of link colors and have to produce large quantities, so occasionally it can take time.
