Took a little longer to arrive than I'd expected but was very much worth the wait. The melting pot set up is fantastic. Simple to use and covers the chain well. The stand that allows the chain to drip any excess wax into the pot works well. My only suggestion to Cyclowax is to sell a cover for the pot so that it stays clean and dust free after cooling down. The wax seems to do a great job on the chain. My bike is smooth as silk. Yes, it's a little messy with bits of wax coming off on the chainstays initially, but it's easy to get rid of those and I am delighted with the performance.

I bought the starter pack and some extra pucks. I also got the pre-waxed Sram Red chain. I'm still on my first puck and have done four chains already. I'm ultrasonically cleaning chains before waxing. They look like new.

All in all, I have no hesitation in giving Cyclowax 5 stars for the product. It is excellent.

Packaging is great, product works exactly as advertised, I feel like a good deal for what you get. Makes waxing easier. However, if I had one complaint, the bowl where the wax melts is quite small, difficult to get the chain completely immersed.

I have been using cyclowax since their inception, testing their solution with little expectations. Looking back now, I can't imagine live on a bike without Cyclowax. It's easy, litterally a few minutes, cleaning my bike is way easier and it rides smooth. Absolutely love it. And it's definitely a plus when one of the founders brings an order personally :-).

I am still very enthusiastic about this product. It has elevated my maintenance routine and my riding experience on the bike to a new level. In addition, I have been completely positively surprised by the starter pack and its value. The waiting time was completely worth it and I was also kept up to date during this time. I wish the team continued success.
