Broken Fly12 mount
My Fly12 mount had broken, possibly from a few too many lumpy roads over the last couple of years.
The Cycliq team assessed the problem and replaced my unit on the same day. You can’t ask for better service than that! First class, every time.

Got mine fly ce gen 3 today everything connected & recording,but can’t view on my iPhone 13 unless ya got a lightning sd card reader didn’t tell ya that when you splash out £209,not happy at all

Had a small connectivity issue with my fly 12 sport. Cycliq support were very keen to sort the problem out for me. The final solution was to replace the unit, so pleased with the outcome.
Great factory support
When I had problem with the mounting bracket of my FLY 12 Sport, the CYCLIQ Team replaced my out-of-warranty camera and rushed out a new unit. Awesome support and customer service, matching the amazing quality and battery life of their bike camera. FWIW, it works great as a car dash-cam too, with crisp videos.
Excellent support for a 6 year old device
I needed a replacement case for my 6 year old Fly 12 CE. Cycliq support sent me the replacement case and clear instructions for how to install it.

Quick, no-fuss returns policy
Having heard some mixed messages about their customer service they handled my warranty return promptly and sent a new unit from Australia before I even had a chance to return my faulty one!
The only slight sting was the £17 postage of the 'old' unit because once boxed up etc. it crept over the 250g mark.
Prompt attention
When my Fly12 attachment broke I received prompt communication from Cycliq and a replacement unit sent within a week. Lucky it still had a week of warranty left!

A week later in lovely London my car was broken into the robbers took a bike and my Fly12 & Fly6 and Garmin.
