It's very easy to use, but it needs adjustments because sometimes it gives wrong answers.

The explanation of the science behind the training is fantastic. Really brings home the understanding as to why I'm doing a particular block of specific training at a particular period. The instructions are easy to follow and the training is well balanced.

It works OK but it could be better. Often I have to repete the AI to not use sub-zone for mapping my training witch I found really annoying.
Unfortunately there is not an app for android users but It has been upgrading day by day.

I'm missing more strenght sessions at low cadence, and the feedback from the online coach feels always the same.

I think Cycling Coach AI is great! I have tried various AI training apps and found the concept and operation the best. The outstanding feature for me is the AI Coach. Firstly, because it gives you feedback on every training session (and not just a graphical representation that you then have to interpret yourself, as with many others) and because you can chat with it. This is particularly important for me as a training beginner, as I can ask specific questions about training sessions or the entire training plan, for example - just like with a real, human trainer. I haven't found that with any other provider.

I’ve tried several AI training platforms and this is so far the best one for me.
It’s very personalized to your age and abilities. The workouts are well structured. You can ask your AI coach literally anything I need it would adapt your plan accordingly.

I have tried many apps in my life but this one is just fantastic! All plans are personalized and you condition is analyzed daily and training sessions are adjusted based on recover, sleep, etc

Started with a well thought out 3 month training plan that is easy to adjust mid week if ever required. The overall plan is well structured to my age and ability and the plan well suited to how I needed to perform on race day. Evaluation after every ride and progress reports weekly, plus great articles explaining the training approach. Highly recommend Coach Ai.

I’m currently training for a multi day stage race in August and I wanted a training plan that could prepare me over the winter for the three day race in August so far I’ve found cycle coach AI to be very beneficial. It’s made me work harder than I probably would have. I do find that sometimes the results metrics that are displayed after a ride don’t necessarily jive with the metrics I’m seeing during the ride, but overall, I found it to be very beneficial and I’ll definitely continue using it for the remainder of my training .

Very interesting training approach, I’m enjoying it so far! And I say like a paralímpyc bronce medal winner in Tokyo 2020!!
