Fantastic experience - great customer service and attitude. Josh is a awesome guy who knows his stuff and goes the extra mile. Will definitely recommend to anyone! Unbeatable price on my Kickr, next day delivery and excellent aftercare, couldn't ask for anything more.

Cycleworks picked my bike up at 6:30 a.m. for a full service. Details of additional work required (in my case chain, cassette and cable replacement) were given by e-mail and agreement obtained before the work was carried out. I was kept informed of progress and the bike was returned in good condition and ready to ride.

I found them via a search engine for a Wahoo Elemnt Roam that lead me to an auction site listing for a Roam bundled with the ‘tickr’ Heart rate monitor for the price of the unit itself - intrigued I checked out the shop / website behind the auction site listing - and found Cycle Works.

This piqued my interest more as they have a ‘make an offer’ button for various products, so I did, cheeky but not to cheeky an offer, as I wanted an extra out front mount for the Roam. Josh came back to me on email within the hour with a counter offer, cheaper than I could get what I wanted anywhere and on next day delivery. Sold. For various reasons the bundle I was after had to come in two lots, both arrived very quickly as promised.

I cannot fault Joh’s service and applaud his ‘make an offer’ button as without this I would not have bought the product from him (and would have spent more for less with slower service elsewhere). All in all I am a very happy customer & will be recommending him / cycle works to all.

I was after a Wahoo elemnt roam and found that Josh from Pembroke cycle works was able to negotiate on the price, goods delivered the nextday and well packed, again Josh was very helpful with a small technical problem that I had and the issue was resolved, very pleased that I found Pembroke cycle works as their service is professional, staff knowledgeable and a very prompt dispatch time, I would highly recommend Cycle works and will look here first for my next purchase.

I Recently bought a road bike from Josh, the service was great from start to finish, his knowledge means he can tell you what size you will need and the pros and cons of each bike. No hard sell or being pushed into buying anything but it would be hard to find a reason not to go back to Josh for all of my cycling requirements.

Cycleworks is by far the best cycle related business I've ever had the pleasure to deal with. Josh is extremely knowledgeable and his love for bikes comes across when you start talking about them.

Priced competitively and an easy 5* from me. Cant find fault from beginning to end of my dealings with Josh.
