Tim and colleagues from the moment I picked up the phone to when I entered the shop were top draw customer service 5 Star and it's harder and harder to come by in this world we live in but all and all superb and glad to have had a long lasting first impression and experience from the moment I phoned them in the afternoon today and sorted my query within minutes of me entering the shop and hopefully the deal can be sealed whence my company approves who are fast and efficient in these types of affairs so happy cycling awaits.

Great communication throughout the process. When collecting the bike, the lads were super helpful and friendly! All adjustments made and left the shop ready to ride!

Great experience. They were very nice, helped me to setup my bike, answered all questions.

Tim had the bike set up perfectly, he told me the price had gone down and due to a tiny mark from the bike setup he would take another amount off the advertised price. Most shops do the opposite! Tim was honest and extremely helpful, a refreshing experience.

Perfect service, bike was assembled perfect, would be great to have an opportunity to test out a bike properly before making a purchase as I found mine to be a a lot slower than expected
