This place is a rip off it don’t exists no phone do not use

This is website that offers goods that are never sent. The money is taken though. Why PayPal continue to allow this is beyond me. It is fraud.

I purchased two tyres & tubes,this turned out to be a total fraud as he never sent out the goods, but took payment.

I also had no communication whatsoever, despite sending several emails to him I could not contact him by phone either as he does not answer it or it is off the hook.

There is just no excuse for this sort of behaviour !!

As a last resort I put in a claim with paypal.

I won my Paypal case against him & have been reimbursed

Police have now also been notified of his actions, along with action fraud.

Something needs to be done about this fraud !!

Also trades as Pauls cycles,158 Hook Rd, Surbiton. KT6 5BZ also uses the same phone number. He has recently moved there,according to neighbours.

Like others I have placed an order and had payment taken but no goods received and no response to emails or phone calls. A pity because the alleged stocks were just what I needed and hard to find elsewhere. The associated shop somehow seems to get good reviews; if it was a bit closer I'd be tempted to see if it really exists or if all the reviews are fake. Now trying to persuade Paypal to give me my money back.

I am considering going to the police as my elderly grandfather has received no goods from this company which he ordered several weeks ago. He is getting very stressed. Nobody replies to email and phones are never answered. This is a very dodgy website. DO NOT USE!!

I ordered various items on 22/05/2020 totalling £67.
No email from the company, only a Paypal Receipt.
I emailed them to chase my order and received no response, also tried ringing them 20+ times each with no answer and no option of voicemail.
Received an email from Parcel2Go on the 05/06 to say my parcel order had been placed.
The parcel tracking state stuck on "05/06/2020 - 07:24 Order placed" and didn;t progress past this.

I gave them some leeway in the COVID19 pandemic, but still no comms from them.

I eventually raised a Paypal dispute and got my money back today.

If this is one person band type outfit, then if they're capable of raising an order for parcel delivery, they surely should be capable of emailing if stuff isn't in stock and need more time to deal. Keeping your customers (and potential future customers) informed is key.

Looks like telephone number on the Cycles Of Yesteryear site is associated also to Pauls Cycles of Surbiton.

If they can't fulfil orders, shut the website down

Do not use them do not reply to emails do not send you what you have paid for I think that it is just a fake company

On the 29th of January 2020 I bought a reflector for a mud gard for admittedly not a lot of money. As seems to be a common theme with this site, I received no confirmation email and have had subsequent enquiries met with stoney silence. I don't know whether I will ever see the parcel but after reading reviews of other customers experiences I can't say that Iam filled with great confidence, that I will. This is a classic example of how important it is to do your research first before buying anything from a site you are unfamiliar with.

DO NOT USE! Placed an order for nearly £100. Received no confirmation email. Sent an email requesting cancellation and refund, no reply. Tried calling several times but no one answers. Sent more emails but no response. This is, at best, the worse customer service imaginable, at worst, a scam. I have lodged a complaint with PayPal but will also be contacting Trading Standards as this company is flouting so many e-commerce regs. AVOID!

Do not by anything from this company they take your money then nothing, on email to confirming your order, try calling & emails nothing absolutely useless. You have been warned

I placed my order and paid via paypal and I have heard nothing since. I've emailed and called repeatedly but I've not managed to get an answer in either case. I'm considering going to their site to complain in person as it's only in Surbiton. Trying to get my money back now via paypal. Very annoying.

I to have had problems with Cycles of yesteryear !! I put an order in to them and also had No reply even NOT a thank you for your order!! TOTTAL lack of communication !! I'm now trying to get my money back through paypal !! What a hassle it is when a business messes you about … What i did notice tho was the website hasn't been added to since 2005 emmmmmm

Bought a bicycle wheel from their website. No communication from them regarding the sale, expected shipping date etc, or even simply "thank you for your custom".
No response to my e-mails or phone call enquiring when I could expect delivery.
My item was finally despatched 3 weeks after I purchased it.
No communication of any kind from the vendor (only an e-mail from the parcel company confirming despatch).
Woefully inadequate customer service - I shall not be buying from them again.
