Rented a Genesis Croix de Fer Bike for a 5 ferries bike trip yesterday. The bike set up was perfect, pick up and drop off efficient and easy. Could not have been better. Thanks John and team. Thoroughly recommend.

Thanks to John and his team for getting my bike back to a rideable condition quickly and minimum fuss. They kept me up to date with the repairs and I got the bike back when they promised it.
The bike now rides like new and I have no excuses for not getting out.

Kona Kahuna DL from Cyclelane hardtail. The bike arrived within just a couple days and was very well packed - arrived without a scratch. Everything I needed was included. I just needed to adjust the seat and handlebars, put some helicopter protection tape on the frame, and install my pedals. The tyres that came with it were fast rolling - suitable for warm months.
For winter I mounted a Schwalbe a Nobby Nic on the front and a Hans Dampfe on the rear, and SKS Shockblade and X-blade mudguards.
The bike rides handles very well. It will provide many months of quality riding.
Overall a great experience from Cyclelane. When the time soon comes to replace my full suspension bike I will be talking to them.

Ordered a kids bike and I had great communication via email to try and arrange a date that best suited me. Was slightly hesitant to use as I'm based in the Midlands and obviously this shop is in Scotland but there were no issues and it was a very positive experience. Would definitely use again.

They did a Di2 retro fit.
Not a cheap job, but their labour charges kept the cost down.
Thanks to Ritchie for doing a great job on upgrade.

Richie fitted new bearings in both wheels and the headset of my giant. All done within a couple of days and at a very fair price. It's like having a new bike. Can't recommend cyclelane highly enough.

Excellent service off these folks. Managed to get me lots of parts from Europe for my Felt VR4. They were the only listed Felt dealer in the UK that responded to my initial email query. They got everything I wanted and delivered within 2 weeks of the order. P+P was only £9.99 too. They replied to all my messages quickly and kept me informed of the order progress. Well done.
