Lorum one of the assistance helped guide me through the Palworld settings when i was troubled about my server. it all happened really quick. saved me time researching and figuring it out on my own.

I reached out to the discord for Cybrancee and normally I get told by many companies to either deal with mods on my own, and others like to toss their guides at me. I tend to mess with pretty advanced stuff, and
Lorem [ PH ] truly showed some skill! I learned a lot watching them through the actions tab and will definitely be sticking with this service as my go-to choice. Not only was my server fixed and ready to go for this upcoming patch, but I noticed optimizations made as well to ensure my server would run smooth. Very happy!

I have a problem with my host and the staff help me

Okay so i have ever gotten two server providers, one failed me after 2 months, and then this one had 6 month plan for the same price as 2 months on the other so based on price its better, also very easy to set up on the other one it was all file management on this one, its pretty simple and they have guides for someone not tech savy for me its great now last the support is legit instant with their chat box system thing i needed help with a latest update issue and they fixed it instantanous, and offered to change my game if i get bored of my current game which makes sense cause i got 6 month plan haha also very polite and quick. loved it and thank you

Fast and Helpful. Within a min or two got a response from someone named Juan, and they walked me through it and solved the issue fairly quickly, and then also was nice enough to explain why the issue occured.

When I ran into a problem I contacted support on the discord and my issue was resolved perfectly and fast.

Cybrancee is great! its cheap and the server is good and fast, backup is present, easy to mod and check the errors. Customer Service is Fast in action, even if we got a problem theres some agents we can talk with about it, like Lorem which help us and suggest things about our problem, i appreciate the server and cybrancee itself.

I wanted to upgrade my already inexpensive hosting plan from a 6-month term to a 3-year one using a promo code. I contacted support through chat, where Juan told me that I needed to contact his colleagues via the ticket system, as he couldn't, unfortunately, help me. He was very polite and even responded quickly despite the late hour. I have been using Cybrancee for a year now, and although there have been some issues along the way, the support team has done everything possible to resolve them.

Was helped by Juan who saw exactly what I needed to do to get my Terraria server up to the brand new version! Was a great help!

I had troubles trying to run my server and had been trying to fix it myself for a whole day. It was when i wrote a ticket to the team when they responded IN 5 minutes to help me out. They had managed to get my server up and running within the next 15. The person I was talking to was also really nice. Overall, their speed and service was really great to see. Thanks Lorem <3

The price per performance is awesome! no selling by player slots etc. you get all access to your server and Jason was great at supporting me!
