My experience with this company was a complete disappointment.
I was hired with clear promises: bonuses, salary reviews, role upgrades, and the opportunity to build and lead SOC and blue team operations. None of those commitments were honored. Instead, management kept changing, responsibilities shifted constantly, and I was assigned tasks that were never part of the original agreement.
Over time, it became obvious that the internal structure lacked transparency and stability. I personally witnessed frequent employee exits and restructurings before year-end. Toward the end of my time there, I was left without meaningful work for an entire month before being laid off.
After two years of dedication, I was not compensated as initially promised, and when I raised concerns, I was told it was "company policy." That response alone speaks volumes even though i think it's unethical.
This experience negatively impacted my professional growth in cybersecurity, and I deeply regret trusting the promises made during recruitment.
Based on my personal experience, I do not recommend this company, whether you are a potential employee or a partner. Do your due diligence and protect your time and career.
