This company takes 100% of your money upfront. As soon as they have your money, good luck getting anyone on the phone. And email responses lag from weeks to months. They will change items on your order without informing you and when you attempt to fairly negotiate a resolution after a 6 months past due order is still missing parts and includes incorrect parts, they still try to “win” vs doing the right thing. Never once even an apology. Check their other BBB reviews and recent Etsy reviews. Search the owner “Cory Wasmus” on Facebook to see further complaints. Avoid like the plague.

After one year and no proof that any product was being made or design edited, as stated by the owner and design team, we requested a full refund. After a request for a full refund totaling more than $20,000 was made, the owner and associates disappeared. No reply to emails, no phone calls answered, WhatsApp messages silent. The owner, Cory Wasmus, can be found in Scioto Township, Ohio.

Company did not ship product after receiving payment in full. We are pursuing legal options with this company, but wanted to share our experience.
