Delivery
Everything was delivered to our shipping department. But normally it is delivered at the front door and they take the old cartridges. This time they didn't take the old cartridges. But I am always happy with Cartridge World.

The web page is not intuitive
The web page is not intuitive. Therefore I ordered a complete set of black, magenta, cyan, and yellow and paid for them. The next day I received an email stating I had items in my cart. Maybe I didn't pay after all so I paid for the cart and received a second black cartridge which I didn't want or need at this time. The ink from Cartridge World has been good, the ordering wasn't.

Great products and service!
I have used Cartridge World for many years for ink cartridges and I now have a laser printer. I never had an issue with their products or service. Always been great! I just got a toner cartridge for my new HP printer to replace the original starter cartridge that came with it. The CW cartridge fits and works perfectly. HP C3903A Cartridge for old HP 6MP printer
I purchase an RLHPC3903A cartridge for my old but reliable HP 6MP printer. Good cartridges for this printer have been hard to find. Since the cartridge contains the drum, some just sell a "recharged" cartridge with new toner and an old drum. This results in poor print quality. The cartridge for Cartridge World arrived very quality. I installed it and the first images were perfect. Thank you. Quality matters.
