CWH Surveyors were very thorough…. I was going to buy a bungalow that I knew demanded a lot of attention as it needed updating, however I was made aware that the roof needed to be re felted and chimney stack needed work too. After much deliberation we decided not to go ahead with the purchase. The roofer said the work he had done was fine…. But then he is going to say that!!! I think it is money well spent…. Certainly recommend CWH … from either reconsidering your purchase or renegotiating!!

Very professional service.
We cannot stress enough how pleased we are that we used CWH Surveyors to provide us with a reliable and detailed report on a potential property.
The cost of the survey far outweighed the potential costs involved to repair and maintain the property had we decided to proceed with the purchase.
The report was extremely detailed and thorough explaining in detail how the property’s condition was and what could be expected and changed.

Great service
Had a great discussion with David at CWH where he gave me good objective advice to help me decide on the type of survey I wanted doing. I then decided to get CWH to carry out the chosen survey and received a prompt report from Ben, the surveyor, who was also very happy to have a follow-up conversation by phone.
