Having owned many CWC watches, I am very happy with each and every one of them.
Silvermans have been fantastic and a special mention to Rachel who has been extremely helpful.

I sent my CWC chrono watch back for a service and any required repairs. I was told it would be approx 3 months. In reality the service took 8 months. In all the time chasing for the return of my watch, I never felt I was being taken particularly seriously and that anyone at Sivermans/CWC really cared. Just the usual stock answer "sorry we'll chase it and get back to you", which in most cases I didn't hear back. In the end I had send a legal letter, after advice from Trading Standards. Almost immediately, my watch was ready to be returned to me?!
I asked in the circumstances if they would consider waiving the service/repair fee (I was incredibly inconvenienced and had to purchase another watch in the interim period) They were unprepared to and gave my a list of reasons why they did not feel they had to (a vintage watch, time to get parts, 3rd party repair co - all things they never once mentioned infall the time when I was chasing for my watch to be returned?)
Really poor customer service and sadly general attitude from the staff there.

Had my CWC GS Sapphire (no date) for 3 years now and love it. Every time I look at the time I'm so happy with the watch.
It keeps really good time at about 1 second fast per week. It's had a fair bit of hammer and hardly a mark on it.
Note to Trustpilot.... please fix the rating as CWC has only top ratings and your figure says 3.4. WT.....?
Fast and reliable delivery. I don't understand why their Trustpilot score is 3.7 when there was only 1 review which gave them 100%.
The quality of their watches and straps are excellent. My watch is beautiful and so well made. The straps I have ordered were very affordable and extremely tough.
Although the watches are somewhat expensive, they have a unique quality and niche appeal which justifies their pricing (mostly).
I recommend this company and trust them.
I wanted to be the 1st to write a review for this truly amazing watch brand - CWC. Their website, military watches and communication are simply the best. Don't fall into the trap of buying other luxury watches when these are the best for the best...
